Free range Fallow Venison is traditionally dry-cured with pork fat. The Cranberry and Pink Peppercorn give this soft flavoured Salami a lingering sour and peppery aftertaste. It’s ideally served with mild flavoured cheese, dried fruit, and nuts and accompanied by a light-bodied beer or fruity Cabernet - (Min weight 250gm)
