Returns and Refunds

NOTIFICATION PROCESS

You must provide written notice via email to sales@3geeese.com.au within 7 days of receipt of your order. It is recommended that a photo be attached to this email to clearly show any damage to your received goods inclusive of all original packaging. Goods should not be returned without any prior notification or approval by us. 

RETURN OF GOODS

Once we receive notification and following analysis of the information provided and we are deemed at fault, we will provide a full replacement and or credit. If we consider that we are not at fault, no replacement or credit will be provided. In some circumstances to enable the appropriate analysis, goods may need to be returned. In all cases, you must pay the cost for the returned goods.

On analysis of returned goods and if considered, we are deemed at fault a full replacement and or refund including your reasonable reimbursement of those return shipping costs will be provided. If we consider we are not at fault no replacement or refund will be given. 

All decisions around the replacement of goods and or credits and refunds remain at our discretion.
